Colin Weatherby is a documentary filmmaker and creative producer based in Southern California. Using his background in environmental policy and science journalism, Colin has worked extensively with non-profits and brands looking to highlight mission-driven video projects.
His work has been published with Buzzfeed, Vox, NY Times, Super Deluxe, Fast Company, Barcroft UK, and dozens of other outlets.
He is currently in post-production on several short-form projects. Ask nicely and maybe he’ll send you a cut.
Colin is also the founder and Director of Operations for the Los Angeles chapter of the Video Consortium, a global collective for non-fiction filmmakers. It’s a lot of fun.
